Spectrum ASA 275 Glow in the Dark Filament
UV Resistance and Mechanical Strength
Spectrum ASA 275 Glow in the Dark filament is a professional material designed for use in desktop 3D printers. The composition of ASA 275 filament has been specially modified to make the material more flexible, improve flow properties, reduce shrinkage, and increase layer adhesion. Additionally, with the introduction of phosphorescent pigment, this filament gains the ability to glow in the dark after being exposed to light.
One of the main advantages of the modifications made to Spectrum ASA 275 is the simplification of printing parameters. It can be assumed that the technical material ASA 275 prints with the same ease as Spectrum Premium PLA. This allows for the production of large models without the risk of deformation after cooling, as well as achieving relatively high printing speeds.
Spectrum ASA 275 Glow in the Dark is resistant to UV radiation and other weather conditions. This filament is used in the printing of prototypes, functional production tools, elements that must withstand changing weather conditions, and even everyday items.
Advantages of ASA 275 Glow in the Dark:
- Thermal resistance HDT - 85°C
- Vicat softening point - 94°C
- Excellent resistance to outdoor exposure
- UV resistance
- Glow in the dark effect after exposure
- Compatible with desktop printers without a heated chamber
- Perfect layer adhesion
- Printing speed up to 200 mm/s without loss of quality
- Glossy print surface
- Printing ease comparable to classic PLA
Applications:
- Functional prototypes
- Fixtures
- Production tools
- Parts intended for end use
- Custom components
- Elements requiring outdoor exposure resistance
- Objects with a glow effect, ideal for decoration or markings in the dark
Spectrum ASA 275 Glow in the Dark filament is utilized in applications related to the production of prototypes for sports equipment, components for the automotive industry, as well as elements for boats or electrical enclosures operating in outdoor conditions. Items produced using Spectrum ASA 275 feature high impact resistance, the ability to print single parts and entire assemblies for practical applications, excellent resistance to outdoor exposure, and high mechanical strength.
Packaging
The filament is wound on a transparent, designer spool. The spool contains information about the type of material, diameter, and recommended printing temperature. Each spool is vacuum-sealed with a moisture absorber. A printed instruction manual is included inside. All packaged in a factory-sealed box from Spectrum Filaments.
